Items


The items you're getting are completely handmade, that means it's made with lots of patience, dedication and care. That also means it may change a bit due materials availability or you may see flaws. The changes of the garment, like materials (lace, buttons, etc) will be made without any warning.


Product color may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings. 


Once you make your payment, I'll start working with your purchase. The processing time is 3 to 4 weeks. If your item is urgent, please email chocolatebunnystore.help@gmail.com or through the facebookinstagram or email of this page.


Note that any package with the standard shipping takes 15 to 20 working days to arrive, so please, make sure you're ordering on time. Otherwise, take the EMS as an option. However, I'd recommend to make a larger order with this type of shipment, you can ask a friend! 


How to order (custom orders)


Once you're sure of what would you like to buy, fill the form or contact me through Facebook, Instagram or email. After you do, I'll contact you in the next 24 hours. You have 5 natural days to pay, after that time it will expire and you'll have to ask me again.


Payment


By filling the form, the invoice is sent through email. If you're not comfortable with it, you can ask me to make a listing through the website, where you can pay without using PayPal.


Shipping


The items are sent via Correos de México with a tracking number and, once you make your purchase, I'll use the PayPal address to ship. It takes 15 to 20 working days for your package to arrive with Standard Shipping. EMS takes 7 to 10 working days*.

If your items are urgent, please send a message through facebookinstagram or email telling me so. Depending on where do you live, the prices may be more than $20.00 USD (via EMS), and may take 7 to 10 working days to arrive.


If your order returns to me because you misspelled your address, then you must pay the shipping again, so make sure you wrote it well before paying.


Refunds, cancellations and exchanges


Remember CBS is an indie brand, so it may take up to 24 hrs to refund.


After 25 working days of shipment, if your item hasn't arrived, you must contact me so I can send a complaint to the mail service. After 30 days I'll refund only the item price. After 35 days, if you didn't send me a message, I won't refund.


You only have 24 hours to cancel an order.


If the item arrives broken or not in a good condition, I'll refund or exchange only with visual proof when you opened it (must have the camera's time stamp). You must pay again for the shipping if you choose the exchange but won't pay for the 2nd shipping.


If your garment is not fitting you, please let me know the area and possible measurement (arms, waist, chest). After you show me the problem with it, you have two options: a partial refund or exchange. But please make sure to provide visual proof.

Flaws are not considered a reason to make a full nor partial refund. For example: some threads hanging, non symmetrical placements (like frills, embroidery, lace, pockets, etc).

There are no refunds or exchanges on sale items
